Located on the 27th floor, Gilt is a contemporary cocktail bar that combines serious craftsmanship with a dynamic and welcoming vibe. Designed by French artist Guillaume "SupaKitch" Grando, the space is as visually compelling as its drinks are delicious, making it a destination for those who appreciate artful mixology and sophisticated snacks.

Craft Cocktails and Curious Concoctions

The cocktail menu at Gilt is innovative and ever-evolving. Each creation is a story in a glass, from the Oseille, a fresh and sour blend of vodka and sorrel, to the Smoky Milk, a clarified cocktail with mezcal and roasted pineapple that is both smoky and silky. The Colong Old Fashioned offers a strong, mellow twist on the classic with oolong tea and cacao bitters.

Michelin-Starred Small Plates

Complementing the drinks is a selection of small plates precisely selected by Michelin-starred Chef Saverio Sbaragli. The menu includes elegant bites like Beef Carpaccio with black truffle, Crab Croquetas, and a decadent Wagyu Brisket Sandwich.

Spirits and Sweet Endings

A concise but well-chosen list of champagne, wine, and spirits is available, alongside a few exquisite desserts by Tom Coll, such as a rich Brownie and delicate Churros.
