Suspended 200 meters above the Arabian Gulf, Al Muntaha—meaning "The Ultimate" in Arabic—offers more than just breathtaking views. This Michelin-starred restaurant, led by acclaimed Chef Saverio Sbaragli, presents a refined journey through French and Italian culinary traditions, where every dish is crafted to create a lasting memory.

Epicurean Excellence

The dining experience at Al Muntaha is one of precision and elegance. Chef Sbaragli's menus showcase the finest ingredients with a focus on clean, sophisticated flavors. The Degustation Menu is a multi-course symphony that might begin with a delicate Cantalupo Melon Ceviche and progress to masterpieces like Wild Turbot with fresh almonds and elderflower, or the succulent Lacaune Lamb with peperone crusco.

Exclusive Creations

For the ultimate indulgence, the Yquem Lighthouse Pasta is a signature exclusive course featuring bluefin tuna and mango pearl, paired thoughtfully with a glass of the iconic Château d’Yquem. Caviar service is available for a truly opulent start, with Imperial Beluga, Oscietra, and Sevruga offerings.

Lunch and Dinner Services

Al Muntaha offers distinct experiences throughout the day. The lunch service provides a slightly shorter, yet equally impressive, tasting menu, while dinner is the main event with its extensive degustation journey. A dedicated cheese trolley and desserts by Pastry Chef Tom Coll, such as the refreshing Lemon with eucalyptus sorbet, provide a perfect finale.
