The nightly ritual is a show in itself: at 5:30 PM sharp, the great lantern ascends to the ceiling, revealing the circular bar and projecting a fresco of zodiacal constellations onto the ceiling, all accompanied by a curated soundscape. The tables, with their enveloping velvet and dark metal, offer chic and intimate spots from which to watch the celestial spectacle unfold.

To complement the drinks, the Ritz Bar serves a selection of sophisticated tapas from 5:30 PM until 10:30 PM.
