Espadon: A Michelin-Starred Odyssey of Taste
For an intimate and gastronomically ambitious evening, Chef Eugénie Béziat presents a singular Valentine's dinner at the Michelin-starred Espadon. Priced at €1,600 for two guests, the menu is an exploration of texture and memory, inclusive of a bottle of Deutz 'Amour de Deutz' Champagne, water, and coffee. The journey begins with the earthy luxury of white truffle over trofie pasta and progresses through delicate scallops with coconut and vanilla. It culminates in a savory masterpiece of glazed veal chuck accompanied by barbecued coffee bean and sea chestnut, before finishing with a vibrant dessert of confit yellow beetroot and passion fruit.
Bar Vendôme: A Grand Classic French Affair
Under the iconic glass roof of Bar Vendôme, couples can indulge in a grand classic French Valentine's menu for €650 per couple. The experience includes a glass of champagne or a cocktail per person and unfolds over multiple acts. It starts with a shellfish procession featuring Gillardeau oysters and spider crab aspic with lobster and caviar. A delicate consommé of "Ladies of the oceans" paves the way for the main event: a gratiné of premium "Grain de Soie" veal with truffled mornay sauce, served with fondant potatoes. The hotel's famed bars contribute to the celebration with special edition cocktails available from February 14th.
