You've conquered the climb or ziplined your way up. Now, suspended 400 meters above the Sacred Valley, you step inside your transparent capsule at Skylodge Adventure Suites. This is where the adventure transforms into a unique blend of luxury, comfort, and awe-inspiring nature.
Your Capsule in the Sky
Each suite is an engineering marvel designed for immersion in the environment. Handcrafted from aerospace aluminum and weather-resistant polycarbonate, the capsule is both incredibly strong and perfectly transparent.
- Dimensions & Layout: Measuring 24 feet long and 8 feet in height and width, the space is efficiently designed. It features four beds, a dedicated dining area, and a private bathroom separated by an insulated wall.
- Climate & Comfort: Six windows and four ventilation ducts ensure a comfortable atmosphere inside, preventing condensation and providing fresh air. The exit portal is located in the upper part of the capsule for safety.
- Sustainable Power: An alternative lighting system, powered by solar panels, includes four interior lamps and a reading light, creating a cozy ambiance after dark.
The Culinary Highlight: Gourmet Dining with a View
Whether you're staying the night or just for lunch, the dining experience is a central part of Skylodge.

For Overnight Guests
Your package includes a gourmet dinner and breakfast. As night falls over the Sacred Valley, you'll be served a multi-course meal accompanied by a bottle of wine, transforming your capsule into a world-class restaurant with a view that simply cannot be matched.
For Day Visitors: The Lunch Experience
The lunch service is a four-course culinary event featuring soup, salad, a main course, and dessert. It is complemented by non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, including red or white wine or champagne. It’s a perfect option for those who want the Skylodge experience on a shorter timeline.
The Unique Bathroom Experience
Even the bathroom is designed around the view. It is equipped with a dry ecological toilet and a sink. The pièce de résistance is the 1.8-meter diameter dome above, offering breathtaking panoramic views while you freshen up—curtains are provided for privacy from the curious condors soaring past.

A Night Unlike Any Other
After dinner, the capsule becomes your bedroom under the stars. Fine-quality mattresses, cotton sheets, down pillows, and quilts are provided to ensure a warm and pleasant night's sleep, despite the altitude and exposure. Lying in bed and gazing out at the vast, star-filled Andean sky is an experience that defines the word "unforgettable."
Waking Up in the Sacred Valley
Sunrise at Skylodge is a spectacle. You'll wake up to a 300-degree view of the Sacred Valley bathed in morning light, followed by a breakfast served in your dining area—the perfect, serene conclusion to your adventure before you begin your descent.
Preparing for Your Visit: What to Pack
Given the unique nature of the suites, packing strategically is key to comfort.
- Clothing: Wear comfortable clothes. Pants are recommended over shorts. Bring a thermal jacket to layer under a down jacket, especially during the coldest months from June until August.
- Luggage: Bring a small, light bag only. The rest of your luggage can be stored at the Natura Vive office in Urubamba and will be sent back to you with the return transportation the next day.
- Personal Items: Bring your personal hygiene items (toothbrush, toothpaste). Note that there is no shower facility.
- Water: Bring at least 1 liter of water for the ascent. You can bring an empty bottle to refill with purified water at the base.
